  • All our products are custom-made and handcrafted according to your specifications and preferences. Therefore, we do not accept any cancellations after 24 hours of your order being placed. Once you place your order, you agree to pay the full amount and abide by our terms and conditions.
  • If you need to make any changes to your order, such as the size, color, design, or personalization, please contact us as soon as possible. We will try our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee that we will be able to do so. Any changes to your order may result in additional fees or delays in delivery.
  • If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it. We will work with you to resolve any issues or concerns. Depending on the situation, we may offer you a store credit, an exchange, or a partial refund. However, please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges for custom-made products, unless they are defective or damaged.
  • If your order arrives defective or damaged, please contact us immediately and provide us with photos of the problem. We will inspect the issue and determine the best course of action. We may ask you to return the product to us for repair or replacement, or issue you a full or partial refund. We will cover the shipping costs for returning defective or damaged products.
  • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, for any reason, at any time. If we cancel your order, we will notify you and issue you a full refund.
