Refund policy

because most of our items are made to order, and customized, we do not accept cancellations beyond 24 hours.  by that time, your item has already started the production process  because it is made specifically for you, we are unable to restock the item, or resell it to another party.  I will do my best to work with you wherever possible. On larger orders, it may be possible to have a partial cancellation.

Due to the custom nature of our products, there are NO RETURNS on items purchased from our shop.  Each item we sell is handmade specifically for you.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
